Return & Exchange Policy
- We will gladly exchange any damaged merchandise purchased within 7 days of ship date, less shipping costs.
- Please email email@example.com with your name and contact information within 7 days of ship date. We will contact you with further details.
- All returns must be shipped back to us in original packing.
- All other returns will be refused and returned to the sender if our return policies are not followed. Detach has the sole discretion in determining whether the merchandise being returned is in its origin.
- We do not accept returns on any custom order.
- Incase of any damage or faults we will check and replace it for you.
