Q1) An item I wanted is out of stock?

We work very closely with our production team to ensure our stock levels are maintained. Unless an item is discontinued, we generally move quickly to restock our levels. We suggest you continue to monitor the website as we will normally replenish stock levels within weeks.

Q2) What if there is a missing or incorrect item in my order?

Even though we try our level best to prevent such mishaps, mistakes can happen. You can return the incorrect items by completing the return process. We can replace the product with something of your choice but of the same or higher value.

Q3) Do you customise?

MOQ is required for custom orders. Contact us for further details. 

Q4) Will all my items arrive together?

Yes, if the products are in stock then all the items will arrive together. 

Q5) Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or amend your delivery address once your order has been placed.

Q6) Can I cancel or amend my order after placing it?

We can't cancel or amend orders after they have been placed. However, please visit the section  on Returns and Exchanges for more details.

Q7) Why has my order been cancelled?

Sometimes we may have to cancel part or your whole order because items have sold out and we can't get these items to you.

Of course, we won't charge you for these items and we are sorry if this happens.

Q8) What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry if your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with options to get this fixed.
